We all know the cockroaches, nacho cheese sauce and lawyers* will survive a nuclear bomb but thanks to some testing done back in 1955 add
BEER to that list.
* Likely due to having cockroach DNA.

Concidence - I just returned from the Brandt store with jars of sauer kraut, and they don't expire for 3 years so I thought 'hey, wonderful bomb-shelter food!'
Just need some tinned bratwurst and I can open a post-apocalyptic beer garden in the healthy glow of radioactive fallout. Zum Wohl!
