Excited to announce our new one-off, Bandwagon IPA!!!

STYLE: Hybrid (English yeast)
ABV: 6.8%
IBU: 72
OG: 15
FG: 2.3
Bittring hops: Fuggle, Chinook, Cascade
Aroma/Flavour: Cascade, Citra
Malt: CDN 2 Row, Crystal, Munich II

My personal description: This is a good beginners IPA (ie not a hop bomb but higher alcohol and lasting bitterness). Subtle & sessionable, it doesn't have a big front nose or bite, however it has a nice lasting citrusy bitterness and drinks a little too easily for the percentage. It reminded me much more of the Founders Centennial that was at the LCBO last month then, say Boneshaker (in terms of style, not flavour - since we didn't use centennial). Although a little timid for what we were hoping to achieve, (it is our first full-batch IPA, so we're learning) nonetheless it is a very tasty beer. Cheers!

Excellent, thanks for the info. I will look forward to trying this. Does the name signify there is now a "bandwagon" of Ontario IPAs to jump on? We've come a long way in the last few years!

We're one of the last breweries in Ontario to make an IPA, so the name is just our tongue n' cheek way of acknowledging that.
