Warning: shameless fundraising plug

First of all, it's been crazy busy and haven't posted in a while and I hope everyone is doing well. But I've seen a few of you around town in some pubs.
If Cass or Greg want me to take this down, I will without hesitation and if you're FB friends with me you'll probably know what I'm going to post.
Basically, my sister got diagnosed with MS this year (she's had symptoms for a lot longer) so I wanted to do one of the MS Bike Rides.
I could have done one of the ones closer to home, but I wanted to do the longest one in Ontario - which is from Ottawa to Cornwall one day, and then back to Ottawa the next. 200km in two days.
For seasoned tourers this is peanuts, but I'll have to train from now until August for it.
My family's had a crazy year health-wise: not only her MS, but my mom also gave my dad a kidney this winter which was kind of awesome, so I'm doing this for them too.
Anyway, if you're the kind of person who budgets some charity money every year for tax time, this might be for you.
If you can give with cash, that's amazing, and if you can only give with encouragement and support, that's awesome too.
Here's my link:

Thanks in advance, and to the Ottawa BTers, I'll need a drink when I ride back into town on the second day.
Thanks,
Jeff
