Brasserie Thiriez (French Farmhouse) Private Order

It is with great pleasure to announce that Keep6 Imports is now representing one of our favourite farmhouse breweries Brasserie Thiriez (http://www.brasseriethiriez.com/) from Esquelbecq, France.
In the heart of French Flanders, located in an old farmhouse brewery a few kilometres from the Belgian border, the brewery Thiriez was founded in 1996. Since then, Daniel Thiriez (owner and brewmaster) has been passionately brewing top quality farmhouse ales in the charming village of Esquelbecq. All beers are unfiltered, unpasteurized and are bottle fermented. The brewery is distinctly recognized for their unique farmhouse yeast strain which is used in many classic american farmhouse or french saison styles. We are also very excited to have their Belgian table beer collaboration with Jester King (Austin, Texas) part of this order.
If you are interested in placing an order, kindly let me know by Friday, December 6th, 2013. Product is planning to leave the brewery at end end of December for availability mid-late January. Products leaving the brewery have been planned to be as fresh as possible.
