Beer storage delema!

With a baby on the way, the spare bedroom (beer cellar/office/closet) in my little condo will soon be no place for my favorite pastimes. I've currently got a few cases stored in my P3 level storage locker which is nice and cold during the winter but can get a bit warm in the summer, and a small wine fridge in my spare room. Probably a total of 120 or so bottles.
Most of my collection is designed for long term aging (10+ years) so I need something quite stable temperature wise, but I'd likely only need access to it a couple times a year. Shelling out $50+ a month on a fancy wine storage facility wont be an option for me unfortunately.
Anyone have any helpful ideas or offer of help? should just drink it all?

Baby on the way? congrats!
Have any friends or family with more space (that you trust) and live close enough to you?

Thanks!
I've considered the friend route. Not sure I'd trust our Mark with my beer though!

I may have to ask around though because I seem to remember our storage locker getting into the 80's last summer.
Unless there's another solution but I've been brainstorming for weeks!

any chance there's an outlet at/near your storage locker? perhaps a (mini?) fridge on its warmest setting would solve the problem? if not, you can stack a fair number of cases under some cribs!

No socket down in my storage locker unfortunately, your second suggestion sounds good Grub, except if my progeny is anything like me, I would not trust it alone with beer!

Where did that gun come from, or should I ask?

Flat Space technology. I saw it in ULTRAVIOLET.

Milla is here to help.

you have a friend that owns a restaurant?
risky, but putting it in a cardboard box and keeping it in the corner of the fridge and you'd have it (below) cellar temp

If I lived closer to you, I would offer my basement. Then again, temperature control isn't the best in my basement, but I live with it.

I have a downtown Toronto offsite wine/beer storage that's not full. It's temperature and humidity controlled with security, blah, blah. It can't accommodate 120 bottles as I have some wine and beer in there already though some of my beer can come out and be taken home. If you're willing to part with a small amount of $$$ to reduce my bill we could work something out. PM for and with details.
