Upfront at the Market - Closed?

I can't find any info online but the much reviled (on this forum anyways) Upfront at the Market which took over Gambrinus seems to have closed at the Covent Garden Market here in London. I've noticed renos underway as I've driven by the past couple weeks, and it seemed to me today that there was new signage out front. I was driving and didn't get a good look.

Their FB, Twitter and Urban Spoon pages are gone as well as no longer being listed as a restaurant on the market's website. The final review on Trip Advisor from March says they seem to be closed: http://www.tripadvisor.ca/Restaurant_Re ... tario.html

This could all just be a rebranding by the existing owner too. I was wondering if someone more well connected here might know.

AFAIK they're gone for good and are being replaced by a cocktail bar called "Olive" something. As you mentioned, no one on this board will miss them. Meanwhile, things just keep getting better at Milos' and elsewhere in London.

Thanks for the update, I didn't know about Beer Lab. Good for them.

I saw a bit more of the sign today, it said "Coming Soon: Olive R" and then another word, which I assume is "Twist". No reason to think they'll serve craft, but who knows?
