I don't know but many parts are a little over the top, IMO.

Personally, I'm looking forward to seeing how they will be "developing the world’s palette". Adding a few new colours of paint to it, perhaps?

Now that I read it again I have some agreement about some over the top statements.
I don't think they are necessarily speaking to the knowledgeable beer fans, but merely using big marketing type statements akin to macro advertising.
Don't care. They're local. They're going to try and make a go of it.
I'll give them my money and if the beer doesn't stand up, I will give them no more.
