McAuslan Canada Day Beer Dinner at The Drake

The Drake and McAuslan Brewing present an all-Canadian menu of Beer, Sunshine, Barbeque and Indie Pop.

From June 27 to July 2, the Drake will be presenting a 3 course Canadian and Summer inspired Beer Prix Fixe served in our dining room and on our rooftop and boulevard patios to a soundtrack of Stars, Godspeed, Arcade Fire, Wolf Parade and Broken Social Scene.

Join us on Thursday, June 29th for a special 7 course Prix Fixe featuring Quebec suckling pig, beer cocktails and the president of McAuslan, Peter McAuslan and brewmaster, Ellen Bounsall.

On Canada Day, Beer Dinner participants get a special treat from the Drake as well as a great view of the Symphony of Fire fireworks competition at Ontario Place.
