Anyone get the straight up Rat Queen?got one bottle left from last years release, and interested to see how she's drinking now. ...

Re: Cask Days 2016
Make sure you guys all try our (Barncat) Durian Saison, as it may be the greatest beer mankind has ever created. It was always going to be polarizing :) did it turn out as you had hoped? yes, it turned out exactly how we were hoping it would. We knew most people wouldn't like it, but we also knew i...

Re: Barncat Artisan Ales (a BT member!!) opening in Cambridge
They're usually around after 5 weekdays and all day Sunday. You can just knock on the door. They don't post those hours because there is no guarantee they'll be there, so you take your chances. But if you're already in the area I would try to swing by. please don't do this. message me on twitter, o...

Pretty much only growler sales for now, although we did just send out kegs of Bump & Grind to The Bent Elbow, The Bruce (in Cambridge), b@themuseum, and Brux House.DeMarco wrote:anyone know if their stuff gets kegged at all for bars? I'm curious if they are only doing growler sales right now.

Re: Barncat Artisan Ales (a BT member!!) opening in Cambridge
To me it loses points for being a bit of a murky mess visually, but perhaps it was just at the end of the keg. Judging by the photo they posted of Eminence in a glass and the emerging trend of turbid IPAs and pale ales, this was probably not an accident. Yeah, that's just how our hoppy beers look. ...

Re: Barncat Artisan Ales (a BT member!!) opening in Cambridge
Any updates? (I'll be in town in a few weeks) Things have definitely taken longer than expected. We have had a lot of delays, and some hiccups along the way, but everything looks like it has finally fallen into place. Licencing is under control, and we have a functional brewhouse now (which we will...

Re: Zwanze Day 2015
it's a small community, jeremy. i'd be more than happy to tell you via DM. but all breweries' brewers read this forum. at least 1 brewer's told me that he doesn't appreciate some of the calling out that goes on here. so i respect that. I get what you are saying, not wanting to offend anybody but do...
