For our Smokeless Joe Cask Sunday we will be tapping a cask of Beau's Bogwater. We will be tapping at 5:00pm. I haven't tried this yet and am really looking forward to it, from what I've heard its something special.

This Sunday we have a cask of Wellington IPA. We will open and tap at 5:00pm. Super fresh.
We have a pate plate and lobster bisque as specials and a fresh lot of malpeque and st. simon oysters ready to be shucked.

What a lot of fun and a great success!! Thanks to those who stopped by for some cask, oysters and conversation. I think from start to finish it was three hours and forty three minutes. Not bad for our first. Next Sunday we will be tapping......will tell ya soon! (Any suggestions?)
