I to to get the dreaded gout, I have eliminated all read meat and seafood from my diet, and now keep drinking beer (or anything else) to Friday / Saturday only. This has kept things in check for the last year.

Town makes some of the best IPAs in the province, in my opinion. I would say they're perhaps not quite as dense/sweet as some Badlands and 3M, but that's why I like them so much, I find them more balanced for my palate. Rouge River make some excellent hazy IPAs as well. I like Town ok, nut as much ...

Are there any kick-ass breweries I'm missing?
So I love big hazy, juicy IPAs (and big stouts). My current fav breweries are Third Moon and Badlands. Are there any others that come close in ON with their IPAs?
Obviously it would help if they do online orders.... so who deserves my $$$?

That sucks, been there a few times, hope they can pull through..

Does everyone here know about Evolve or Die? Every year they make a DIPA with extreme hopping rates. Last year's was the most aggressively hopped beer I have every had. This year's is less aggressive, but a downright outstanding beer. They're expensive, but I think they're worth it as a once a year...
