90+% of beer info/news/events has been almost entirely instagram based for the better part of a decade now. Basically the only reason I gave in and joined it years ago. Honestly not sure how you'd get much info about *anything* craft beer related otherwise (for better or worse..... probably worse). ...

I haven't been in years, but I remember the beer I had there on tap being good, and everything I took home in bottles being gross. That was early on though, and likely a packaging issue? I should give them another try.

I made it out there last weekend too. Great spot, good beers. They were doing pizza at the time which was great as well. Beers are not cheap!

finally got out to Volo on Friday, I hadn't been since the 'new' location opened. man they really pack people in there, you're basically shoulder to shoulder with everyone around you at all times. pretty cool spot though, and great food and drinks. hadn't had cask beer for a looong time, it was nice...
