I waited 45 minutes for a Vienna Lager and they ran out. The brewery beside them ran out very quickly. Yes, I am sure next year they will serve beer quicker and bring way more beer. Kolsch. Pils malt, munich and vienna with Tettnanger hops. Took just over 3 weeks to ferment out. Wyeast 2565 takes longer to finish than my lager yeast.

Brewing a Kolsch with Wyeast 2565 with the exact same recipe as my Pilsner. Just a simple experiment to see how different they taste. The reason for doing this is the last time I made a Kolsch, it took longer to make than my Pils did.
