I asked for clarification by the local agent and was told that the samples were held up by customs for the October tasting and that the next opportunity to be listed as a guest ale will be in January. As I am not familiar with the process, I am unsure how long after the tasting before they get a dec...

Still waiting to get to the minimum order or somewhere near... In the meantime, I know that Timmy Taylor has submitted a proposal to the LCBO to be listed as a guest ale for the Autumn Release next year and have been shortlisted to do so, hopefully they make the cut. Fingers and toes crossed!

Hi All, For anyone interested, I am trying to organize an order for this wonderful ale from Yorkshire which has won many champion beer awards. The minimum order is 70 cases (8 x 500mL bottles per case) and the cost is projected by the agent to be around $4 per bottle. The delivery time would be 8-12...

I know that Landlord is submitting a proposal to the LCBO by October 12th for Autumn beers for next year and if successful will be listed as a guest ale for next year, so maybe I will cross my fingers and wait for the LCBO to do the right thing!! :D

You are right, the service seems to be atoken gesture by the LCBO that they provide this service. in terms of this order for Landlord, I can easliy account for 27 cases of 8 each between myself and a couple of friends plus 2 cases for 'grub' so only 41 cases to go!! I was told by the agent that the ...

I just attempted my first private order for Timothy Taylor Landlord and was quoted a 70 case minimum (8 bottles per case)...which unless you have a big group order is not really feasible. Cost quoted was approximately $4 per bottle which is good for 500 mL bottles, transit time was quoted as 3-4 mon...

Good luck!

I am attempting to get some in via LCBO private ordering but it seems that the minimum case order for shipment could be an issue

I agree 100%, I also hear that the brewery is trying to get it into the LCBO as a guest ale for next year. They are submitting a proposal to the LCBO in October.
