I dunno, while there certainly are plenty of breweries in industrial areas, most towns of any size in Ontario I can think of include at least a brewery or two downtown.

Founders is still in the lCBO. Their Porter came through in volume in the fall, and the all day IPA is pretty much always available.

I suppose that all their remaining swag would be a corporate asset, and thus would be included in the deal.
