Re: What're you drinking right now?

A Barncat Bourbon barrel Rat Queen. Terrific.

I had the port barrel version not that long ago, which was good, but the bourbon barrel is still the best for me. I can't wait to try the double barrel, but at 16.2% I might need to save that for a night with a friend.

Re: Badlands Brewing Caledon

Does everyone here know about Evolve or Die? Every year they make a DIPA with extreme hopping rates. Last year's was the most aggressively hopped beer I have every had. Re: What're you drinking right now?

Three tickets to Paradise from Barncat. It's exactly as good as I expected from Barncat.

I drank a lot of Willibald lagers this summer. Great spot to visit too.

Re: Uncorked-Wine and Spirits Appreciation

I normally put myself down for one or two of everything, and I find I get like one bottle every two years or so.

The Wellers are where it's at though, for my money.

Re: Uncorked-Wine and Spirits Appreciation

The LCBO's rare bourbon/whisky offer is up now. It's always exciting to put in a theoretical $2k order, in hopes that you actually get like 10% of that.
