Re: Little Beasts

It seems like the new ownership is getting settled in.

They now have an e-commerce website that offers free shipping at $25 to the GTA (can't find what the zone includes).

Website still needs updates and some polish, but the new can designs are an improvement in readability.

Re: General LCBO Debate & Discussion Thread

So, the LCBO is on strike. For 'craft' beer drinkers, this would have been a more significant issue many years ago. But with so many breweries now, most with delivery options, it really doesn't matter too much as I see it. Even TBS carries craft beer now. LOL, just noticed I have an email from Nick...

Re: Great Lakes

A bit of it was before my time, but the way things develop and the history are always interesting.

While no longer my favourite style of beer, if we exclude barrel-aged stuff, West Coast IPAs are what I reach for most often.

Brewdog is unmasked and to no one's surprise, it was Brewdog the whole time.

I almost got one of their beers on several occasions but glad I never went through with it.

Re: Short Finger Brewing

Thanks for the help, everyone.

I went to Lando day and Kat and Rob were friendly and hospitable.

Their tabs don't require a credit card to hold which surprised me. I understand those who do it, but it's nice to be given that trust.

Short Finger Brewing

I've never had anything by them as they don't seem to be in the LCBO and quite the trek from me in Kitchener. Has anyone ever had their stuff and would or would not recommend them or any of their stuff? They have their anniversary on Saturday the 22nd, where they will release some new/old/brewery on...

Re: What're you drinking right now?

I've been thinking about Sonnen Hill's direction, recently. The eliminated their charitable donation on their bottles, which I am in favour of (rather pick my own charities and don't like this kind of marketing). They changed their discount from 6 bottles/a case to particular order number. To why th...
