I'd be remiss if I didn't mention that there's a number of nice breweries in London, and a few in Windsor. It would be an easy trip to go from ...

I’d have to try and find and check old receipts to be sure, but when I’ve ordered direct from breweries, I’m sure sometimes the listed price was the price, and sometimes HST was added on. There’s pros and cons to each method. I’m conflicted about which one I prefer, but mostly I want consistency.

It's my only complaint too. I'm not sure it's been difficult to have conversation, but it's definitely loud if the place is full.

Do you (or others) feel 'freshness' matters so much with a stout? I know it can make a difference with hoppy beers, but I've never thought there was much concern with other styles.
