Well, here we are heading towards a year and a half later and Collective Arts is still in business.
I Googled "Collective Arts tax liability" and saw no updates to the story.

Guess I could have Googled them before I posted the above. Seems they've been around for almost six years.

Persian Empire Aria IPA
This is not at all a typical IPA. First, it's 5% alc, so for me, that's a Pale Ale, not an IPA.
This one has a very different flavour too, sort of flowery or perfumy. The can doesn't say what type of hops are used.

Seems Redline in Barrie is closed. Don't know when, but at least more than a year ago.

Landshark is brewed by Waterloo, and yah....not really "craft" beer to me.midlife crisis wrote: ↑Sun Jan 12, 2025 3:53 pm Good god, if Landshark is your "craft" beer you are in pretty rough shape, IMO. I thought Blue Moon was Molson-Coors?
Blue Moon is, indeed, Molson-Coors.

Had Bobcaygeon Bourbon Barrel Aged Imperial Stout (2021) last night.
I love these types of beers. This one seemed a bit on the sweet side though if that makes sense. Could this be because it is a few years old now? I don't really know how aging changes these beers.

Re: 100 Acre Brewing, Peterborough
Last summer, I was hoping to stop by there on my way home from places in Eastern Ontario. I was going to be in Peterborough about noon, but they didn't open until 2. I contacted them, and they were willing to have someone there at noon so I could buy some beer. So a big shout out to them for that. U...

Re: Cool India Brewing Company
Even after buying one, I checked and couldn’t find it on the LCBO website. I’ve never understood how this can happen. Don’t you have to have inventory to ring up a sale?
