Chimay cheese "a la biere" can be found at the Whole Foods Market in Hazelton Lanes. It's not cheap ($54.99/kg), but I've never seen Chimay cheese sold at retail anywhere in Toronto (I once bought it at Premier). I know it's available in certain restaurants, but it's great that Whole Foods...

Alas, it does not. In the interests of cost, we went with the "Magic Bus", which some have probably seen on the streets before - a school bus painted in psychedelic colours. However, they specialize in pub crawls, so they should be a good fit for us

That sounds about right. How about this for an itinerary:

12pm - leave Union station
12:30 - arrive BOB
1:10 - leave BOB
1:20 - arrive Cam's
2:00 - leave Cam's
2:20 - arrive Pepperwood
4:30 - leave Pepperwood
5:00 - arrive Judge
8:00 - leave Judge
9:00 - arrive Union station

One more update - we've got the bus for two hours earlier, which gives us a bit more room for time.

So the bus will pick us up at 12 noon, drop off at 9pm.

Of course! I thought it went without saying that the brewery guys were in the group. As we hit our stops, Ken and Paul will also be hopping on the bus to come along for the ride.

Ok, since both weekends are ok for most people, let's book it for May 10th. That weekend would be better for Cameron's. I've got an update from the bus company - they need this booked by next week.
