Anyone have experience with this? I’ve avoided dry hopping in the past due to too many batches with an overly vegetal flavour. I have 11gal of IPA in the unitank fermenting away w US-05. 2 row, C20, wheat malt and carapils. Bittered w Warrior, then 5, 1 and 0 min additions of citra, simcoe and centennial. Also a 15min hopstand w same 3. Planning to dry hop 1/2 w citra cryo hops.

I am in Portugal and they have their first two suspected cases. The Canadians quarantined in Trenton are about twenty minutes from where I live. A nurse friend of mine mentioned that if any of them has a serious medical emergency quarantine may need to be broken. I’m not certain how that would work...
