Re: Worst Ontario Craft Breweries

Anyone have opinions on Orange Snail in Milton?
I only ever had one of their beers and it was terrible....no desire to try any others...unless it was just bad luck on my part.

Re: Grapefruit Sculpin

Weird.. why didnt we just get the regular sculpin Probably because the Grapefruit one tastes better. :P Both very good but I do prefer the Grapefruit one....the other versions that I've had (pineapple, aloha, etc) are not as good as either of these two. Having one, yes it's pretty good but I might ...

Re: Coming Soon to the LCBO

Nice pack for sure...but way too many beers to choose from these days, I won't be buying it simply to get tempest.
So happy I don't have beer FOMO anymore.

Looks like I need to spend my Thursday planning what I want to drink at Cask Days in Friday :P
I like that they are releasing some new stuff on Saturday, it will make it easier to pace myself on Day 1.

Re: Stone City Ales in Kingston

Some time ago I caught word that SCA will release a 3-vintage vertical of Juggernaut around Xmas time. They now have some fine new beers like the Alive and Well IPA, and the To Helles With It I'm enjoying right now (superb). I haven't had the Juggernaut yet....this could be a nice reason for a road...

Re: Black Lab Brewery opening in East Toronto this fall

I hope so...most Ontario breweries fail at dubbels, tripels, quads and most other Belgian inspired styles.

Rode my bike by here recently and am looking forward to the opening!

Re: Cask Days 2018

Not sure if they had it last year...but when I went 2 years ago there was no early access for Session 1.
Everyone with tickets / baller passes / etc got same entry time for Session 1. Only the Night and Saturday ones had early access.

Allagash is definitely a top visit for me in Portland Maine too.
I skipped Bissell and other hop-heavy spots for it back in May.

Re: Los Angeles Recommendations?

Was recently in LA/Anaheim/SD, etc.... Beverage Warehouse had plenty of stuff, I didn't need to hit any other bottle shops. Didn't hit any of the LA breweries you list...I was staying in Anaheim instead of LA...but hit Firestone Walker in Marina del Ray (great), Monkish Brewing in Torrance (nice bee...
