Picked up all 5 at Waterloo LCBO #115 today.

All 5 have brew dates in July, so feel free to start complaining about the freshness on the DIPA now.

Another article in the Owen Sound Sun-Times. Seems the brewery is now gonna be called Kilannan Brewing. First batch is to be ready in two weeks. If anyone wants to read the article I can upload it. I love how they come with free Christmas tree ornaments!

George Eagleson and I were at the Wooly recently and Mike and Nancy (owners of Trafalgar) were there. We had a couple of pints with them and I did manage ask a couple of questions (without asking the biggies, seeing as I didn't want to upset them) and found them both really friendly and forthcoming ...

I just want to add that this is the first time we've ever dry-hopped the Oatmeal Coffee Stout so if anyone tries it we would love to know if it needs more hops, less, a different hop (we used Sorachi Ace) or if it was perfect.

Late notice, but Imbibe is having their Grand Opening tonight @ 8pm. They're opening into The Museum and having bands playing, etc. Should be a good time!

Wish I kept my bottle to see if there's any difference in bottling dates... that is, if there is bottling dates on them.

Is this the same porter the LCBO had a couple of years back but in a smaller, funny shaped bottle?

I could swear that was a Meantime Porter, although I vaguely remember it having coffee.

I just picked up a 4 pack at 571 King St in Waterloo. They have them in the back and the lady was nice enough to enter it into their system and sell it too me, making their inventory show -1 until they add the other 11 4-packs in. Basically what I'm saying is, the LCBO's seems to have it in the back...

Had such an amazing time; Best beer festival of the year.

My top three were GL Stalin's Choice, BDT Bleres Et Plairirs & HA Big Hoppa.
Surprisingly our Wurst Idea Ever wasn't the worst beer I had, but it was close! HA!
