Just a clarification to everyone: the party will not be a formal sit-down dinner or anything like that. It will be very casual, with drinks, perhaps some pool and some finger foods. (You can always order food yourself from the Academy).

Sounds like a good time, thanks for the info. Amazing how a difference of a state or two (NY -> Michigan) can alter the beer selection so much (refering to what was had at the old Buffalo festival). One update on the event: many of the micros that have been nominated for the best beer will be available during the party. So lots of selection to try!
