Jim Brickman - Where is he now? ANSWERED

http://www.therecord.com/news/business/ ... to-burgers
Brickman is part owner of Frat Burger, a gourmet hamburger restaurant that opened a year ago across the street from Wilfrid Laurier University.

Though he can’t take credit for the line, Brickman says a friend beautifully summed up his new vocation. “I’ve gone from brewmaster to burgermeister,” he says with a laugh.
No comment on what the news owners of the Brick have done but props to Jim for being a early force in carft beer!

Funnily enough I dont think they have any Brick available at Frat Burger...
What they do have is all industrial except they did have Mad Tom the last time i was there.
Burgers are OK and they will happily leave them pink inside if you like vs cooking the ^%$$ out of them.
