Sorry, now I've confused the issue.
It's the Guinness Extra Stout that's brewed by Labatt in Ontario (it's not Export).
Elsewhere there's the Foreign Extra Stout, which is 7.5% and considerably better.
I've never actually had the Special Export Stout from Belgium (8%), which is ranked a bit higher still:

Sadly in BC, we only get the 'Draught'... though you can get it in bottles, small cans or even tall cans!
