Go to the User Control Panel and then Board Preferences, and select "Day Drinking" (Light Mode) from the My Board Style drop-down menu. You can always switch back to "Night Drinking" (Dark Mode). I think it was called Trapper. If I remember correctly, it had corn in its grain bill, and I wasn't impressed with it. However, I think I only had it once or twice. As far as sharing the yeast strain, it is possible, but I wouldn't know.
