Introducing Light Mode! If you would like a Bar Towel social experience that isn't the traditional blue, you can now select Light Mode. Go to the User Control Panel and then Board Preferences, and select "Day Drinking" (Light Mode) from the My Board Style drop-down menu. You can always switch back to "Night Drinking" (Dark Mode). Enjoy!
I know that they are releasing Bird Lite Lager in that format but the posting says it's for a limited time. I think this makes sense as when you get to that scale, you need to move volume, they moved from 4 packs to 6 pack pricing in the last few months so this could be true, but I'm wondering where you're hearing this.
Would like it to be true, would also like Left Field to get a little closer in pricing to GLB/ Nickle Brook, I think I would switch over to drinking Greenwood pretty well full time if that came about.
ICYMI we released our first-ever tall cans packaged at Wagstaff last week (Bird Lite Lager ) and they won’t be the last! We’re swapping our shorties for TALL CANS, bringing you bigger cans and better value of the beer you know and love. Want to know more? Check out our recent post on Instagram for all the info.
FYI: Short cans will be leaving permanently, for most of our lineup. Short cans are still in stock (for now) but will be disappearing from our shelves in the coming months.
Great news, I've never liked short cans for more sessionable/every day styles; they're best suited to higher ABV beers where a smaller serving size is reasonable. That said, for summertime quenchers that don't get poured into a glass I'm fine with the smaller portion, but I much prefer drinking straight from bottles over cans. Wish more breweries were still bottling. Yes, I am very specific with packaging on an occasion by occasion basis lol
