Go to the User Control Panel and then Board Preferences, and select "Day Drinking" (Light Mode) from the My Board Style drop-down menu. You can always switch back to "Night Drinking" (Dark Mode). OK, I don’t think anyone here is a doctor or anything but your knowledge of the brewing process might come in handy. Suppose one had an allergy to brewer’s yeast. Bottle conditioned beers are full of active and dead yeast, but what about cold-filtered beers? Would there be any yeast left in a cold-filtered beer?
