Other than Unibroue, Fourquet/Fourchette and Benondaine & Bedons Ronds, any other recommendations for places to visit in Chambly and vicinity?
Can anyone who has managed to successfully arrange a Unibroue tour describe how to go about doing so?

Introducing Light Mode! If you would like a Bar Towel social experience that isn't the traditional blue, you can now select Light Mode. Go to the User Control Panel and then Board Preferences, and select "Day Drinking" (Light Mode) from the My Board Style drop-down menu. You can always switch back to "Night Drinking" (Dark Mode). Enjoy!

Le Bilboquet is a nice brewpub in St. Hyacinthe. It would be under an hour away.

They make a solid Scotch Ale (MacKroken Flower) and a decent Sweet Stout (La Corriveau). I haven't tried any of their other offerings.

That place is awesome:

I left with almost $200 worth of beer... and he threw in some free glassware & a bottle opener!
This one's not too far across the river, and recently expanded (the sign out front says Boni-Soir):
