Move to the Niagara region and we can share the cases that you order ;)

Your manager reminds me of the end caps of black ice, corona, and colt 45 I saw the other day. Fuck quality and go with what sells.

Kind of like McDonalds....forget what is IN the product and focus on "product" the image rather than the quality.

I really wish more people would focus on the quality rather than the image.

Went into Duggan's last night planning to take away some good summer sun drink - preferably the German pilsner. Nope, none of that - so I just had to settle on the Double IPA. First time I've had it, and it went down a treat.

Molson Ex in the bottle at the pub at Yonge and Davenport known for its wings. Excellent wings, and a good beer.

Damn, everything I've read about this beer has made me want to try it badly, but still not badly enough to make me want to start stocking Maris Otter and good liquid english ale yeast to make my own. Maybe some day.

What recipe did you use? You guys have gotten lazy updating your recipes on the biergotter site...

the most recent batch was done with S-04, but the maris is a must... it's good shit! i could probably be talked into a homebrew swap :)

it's a variation on the landlord recipe from last year, scaled back to an ordinary bitter. 3.8% and super drinkable.

and yeah, i'm pretty behind on the website... i should try to at least get the recipes up...
