Glad to hear that things are going (relatively) smoothly and that you'll be officially opening (relatively) soon.

Will you be sticking with the Organic Lager exclusively for the first while, or will the Pale Ale and Coffee Porter be ready for your official launch?

Looks like we'll only have the organic for the official launch. The other brands will follow soon after. There will be a third brand coming out as well, which is still unamed.
