They are using a very modern technique of heating the beer to accelerate the aging.

Was discovered by accident in the large Summerhill window display.

I know things take forever to the hit the shelves, but shouldn't there at least be a listing for this on the lcbo system by now?

Again, are we certain it's been bottled in May?

didn't green flash just recently start putting dates on their bottles? Maybe this batch pre-dates that?

I'm the one that gave the end of May bottling date, as this is what arrived in Alberta 5 weeks or so ago. Seeing as the LCBO order arrived shortly after, I have made an assumption that this is from the same batch, and Ontario has the Green Flash bottled May 25th 2012.

Why has this taken so long? This is perishable product!

Do we have a product number? A search for "Green Flash" on the LCBO site returns nothing.
I keep signing here, but it's just ink all over my screen. I think it's broken.

This stuff goes downhill in a hurry, so I'll let someone else be the guinea pig I dunno how long the bottles of this sit at Premier, but I've bought it 4 times and all 4 times it's been past it's prime.

I don't understand the hype on this one. I've had it as draught and from bottles (which I was told were fresh) and to me there wasn't anything special that would put it above 100's of other quality AIPA's. A very enjoyable beer but I could care less if I ever have one again. Maybe it wasn't as fresh as it should have been, who knows.

Cooper St recognizes that it's 'in the system' and 'still at the warehouse'.

All LBCO products are returnable for any reason at all (you can say 'did not like.' )
