Hi all,
This past February, I decided that I didn't want to die (eventually) having never owned a brewery. So after months of planning and years of talking about planning, the final few pieces are lining up and I'm now a few weeks away from brewing my first large batch (under contract) of PITSCH PERFECT PILSNER. For all you lager fans out there, you will not be disappointed.
This marks the first step on what I hope will be a long, eventful, fulfilling journey. I'll be sure to update you on my progress and launch events and welcome any feedback along the way.
