Amazing, I've been holding out hope they'd expand delivery to Durham Region. Free for the month of April too. GLB's pricing is just so good that it makes up a large chunk of what I drink these days, so this is excellent news.

Me too, but on the north side. I complained and was told to move to Guelph.
(keep in mind I complained to my friend who is their sales rep in the area, and I used to live in Guelph so he was just saying I should move back... but still, can you believe the nerve of them?!) :P
I used to sell beer. Now I don't.

I'd be happy to have it delivered to my place in Guelph and hold it for you.

Indeed! It was a lot of fun. Troy asked quite a bit about the Bar Towel.

I also re-published Troy's original article about Halifax which he says on the pod kicked off his career in beer:

That was really interesting. I was only going to start listening right now to get the vibe, but I couldn't turn it off, so listened to the whole thing.

I don't typically listen to podcasts (or read blogs); maybe I need to start.

Thanks @anthony9 for drawing attention to this.

Nice to hear @S. St. Jeb! I gave it a listen and it turned out to be a pretty interesting conversation about a lot of Ontario's craft beer expansion and of course my personal history in all of it which was nice to reminisce. Not sure how relevant it is for anyone who's under 30 or 40, but that's ok :)

A bit of it was before my time, but the way things develop and the history are always interesting.

While no longer my favourite style of beer, if we exclude barrel-aged stuff, West Coast IPAs are what I reach for most often.

I have seen tremendous changes in the industry in my time as an adult. Let's just say it's been awhile since I was "under 30 or 40".
