Introducing Light Mode! If you would like a Bar Towel social experience that isn't the traditional blue, you can now select Light Mode. Go to the User Control Panel and then Board Preferences, and select "Day Drinking" (Light Mode) from the My Board Style drop-down menu. You can always switch back to "Night Drinking" (Dark Mode). Enjoy!

2024 Winter Import LCBO Release
3F's oude geuze is finally rolling out to stores.
To my great surprise, one of the first two stores listed is in the nice-beer desert of my former borough and current community council.

Have I missed these, or have they not dropped yet?
I used to sell beer. Now I don't.
I've only seen the Chimay.

I havnt seen any yet.
My mistake. I was thinking of Gouden Carolus Cuvée Van de Keizer, which has a somewhat similar bottle.
There's a Founders Porter that mentions Graham Crackers on the label at one of my local LCBOs but pretty sure that's a different beer from their Breakfast Stout.
Still no Chimay or Dragons milk?
Not that I've seen.
The LCBO has listed stuff for release and never sold it as they did in the previous period with Le Trou Du Diable Le Coq. I just checked and they have this listed, so maybe just delayed.
Conspiracy theorist in me thinks they waited until HST was back on.

The goal is to have single bottles available to those that don't want to buy a 6 or 12 pack. looking at 2-3 geuze shelf listings a year. so far, the lcbo seems interested.
hoping the lcbo takes the proposal to sell Abbaye de Saint Bon-Chien 375s at the end of the year. would be a nice treat for us

If there's demand, I'll continue to bring the beers in

We were just approved for a late 2025 LCBO store listing for Abbaye De Saint Bon Chien (which is huge) and for 3 Fonteinen Belle Louvain (plum) in 375 mL
