The Granite Brewery is hosting another Beer & Hot Sauce Night on Saturday March 2 at 7 p.m.

Ian Bowering will be hosting the event.

Granite’s Spent Grain Jalapeno Bread
Cayenne Spiked Crabcakes
Pepper Pot Soup
Louisiana Sausage and Chicken Jambalaya
Some Challenging Cheese
Beer served with each course

Additional sauces of varying degrees of heat will be provided.
