I've found this site to be extremely informative & was wondering if there was one similar which provided info on wines/wine issues across Ontario?

I don't think there is an actual wine forum site but there are a few that you'll need to check out because they review the LCBO wine releases:

Pollux, there are literally hundreds of beer and wine discussion groups you can join at yahoogroups.com. One specific to Ontario can be subscribed to by e-mailing
lcbo-subscribe@yahoogroups.com. This is a group of Ontario wine lovers who regularly exchange information, ideas, thoughts about wines available in Ontario.

By the way, I didn't mean lovers of Ontario wine, although many are, but rather residents of Ontario who love wine.
