Taking a page from MJ, what are your favourite breweries? Unibroue, McAuslan, Victory, & Dogfish Head come to mind. Oh, and Perry's future cask house.
Cheers, Joe.

I'd definately agree on Unibroue and Mcauslan. And I have yet to try a Rogue beer that I didn't like, although I've only had a few, so I can't really mark them as a true favourite yet.
I will also add Denison's to the list in anticipation of their plan to start selling their beer in bottles next year.

I'll third Unibroue. Although they individually don't make my top 5 brews, they definitely have the most different types of beer from one brewer that I really enjoy. Not to mention the 750mL corked bottles.
Too bad the "Collection" no longer seems to be available.

I have been meaning to chime in on this one - besides the breweries mentioned, I would toss in a historial vote for Niagara Falls, circa 1994-1995. Back then, they had the peak Eisbock, Maple Wheat, Brock's Stout, Olde Jack, Kriek and Apple Ale. Don't know if these beers would hold up against today's competition, but I was certainly impressed by their diversity back then.

Cantillon, Girardin, Vapeur, Cain's, Victory, Big Time, Smiles, Rogue, Hair of the Dog, Sierra Nevada, Heller-Trum, Fantome - to me they're all money in the bank. There's many more, including one-beer masters like Orval plus ones I've maybe forgotten, but these ones have consistently exceeded expectations with every brew.
