why the hell is black wych coming to the general list!?! why are we being punished with this lame excuse for a stout? it's bad enough it was in the fall promo, but now we get it permanantly? the beer sucks and the label isn't even that good. why can't we get a good english stout on the general list? like youngs double chocolate? or youngs oatmeal? or sam smith's oatmeal? hell, I'd even take old growler over the wych for the general list. arrggh! this is so annoying! if I had enough hair I'd be ripping it out!

You ain't kiddin', KP. That Black Wych is one shitty excuse for a stout. I guess we'll all just have to buy lots of lots of the good stouts that are coming in January to hopefully convince the LCBO to pick them up for the general list.

PS: Sheryl and I had the bottle of Propeller Porter that her brother sent us for Christmas tonight. Very nice stuff! I'm looking forward to getting a few more in January.

Instead of just ranting on the bartowel, why don't you let your feelings be known to the two people who would have made the decision...Chris Robertson, LCBO Product Manager, Beers (chris.robertson@lcbo.com.) and Randi Landy, LCBO Director, Beers (randi.landy@lcbo.com.). I'm sure they would appreciate your feedback and that goes for all of you out there who think that there are better stouts which could have been selected....before you suggest Youngs though, be advised that Youngs has dropped out of the Canadian market as they refuse to comply with Canadian labelling and packaging regulations and they will not reconsider re-entering the market at this time so there's no point in having them on your wish list.
