For those of you who are interested, CBC Radio One's Ideas program will spin the history of a Dublin success story at 9:00pm Eastern Time, 9:30pm in Newfoundland. From the CBC Radio Homepage.
"GUINNESS IS GOOD FOR YOU!
The black brew with the thick, creamy top was created by Arthur Guinness in 1759. Paul Kennedy celebrates the history and mythology of Guinness, from its humble Dublin origins to its current status as the most successful brand name anywhere."
To listen, follow the link http://www.cbc.ca/audio.html Personally, I think I'll work on my Wild Irish Rogue.
