The Indie Alehouse
Hi Bar Towel!
I know there has been some discussion here about the new brewery / brewpub opening in the Junction this year – I’m happy to say here first, we’re almost ready to go!
The Indie Alehouse Brewing co. (with tied house pub) is under construction now, there’s still a lot of work to do and likely a few delays before a grand opening, but right now we’re targeting June to open our doors.
I’ll try to post back here with updates every few weeks or so, I’m swamped as you can imagine and need to focus on construction and other critical items to get open asap.
A few details – we will offer 4-6 ales + seasonal and special release beers, focusing on the bigger, bolder side of the spectrum with most of our beers with a more ‘approachable’ offering or two for newbies as well. Food in the tied-house will follow the same general principals as the beer – bold, funky, handmade and high-quality.
Also – as of right now, looks like we will have a retail store and growler fills on site as well.
Thanks for the interest and support so far, look forward to a pint with the BT crowd very soon!
