Introducing Light Mode! If you would like a Bar Towel social experience that isn't the traditional blue, you can now select Light Mode. Go to the User Control Panel and then Board Preferences, and select "Day Drinking" (Light Mode) from the My Board Style drop-down menu. You can always switch back to "Night Drinking" (Dark Mode). Enjoy!

Thanks.

I would like to take this opportunity to thank the many of you who have supported me and Scotch Irish's ales. You are my target market and I need and respect all of your comments on our beers.
Further, I want to thank those who have been so supportive of Corporal Punishment. I took a chance when I brewed the Corporal and Sgt. Major. I went against some serious advice regarding the Ontario beer drinker's tolerance for bitter ale and the so-called beer geeks (bless them!) proved me right.
The Corporal in particular was a gamble, combining brown ale maltiness and roast flavours (coffee?) with mouth clinging bitterness. Thanks for your kind words of support. Please don't feel used, feel consulted.
Humbly yours,
Perry

Perry:
Your continuous efforts to raise the bar do not go unnoticed and are greatly appreciated. In my opinion, I believe we are in a symbiotic relationship. Keep up the good fight. Do you think Corporal Punishment would be a complement to fresh Nova Scotia lobster?

Slainte,
Gunny

I'd like to thank my Mum, my wife, my agent, the Academy and all the folks watching back at home!

Oops, wrong thank-you list.

Thanks Perry. I was also in Smokeless Joe's on Friday night partaking in some Punishment. Mmmm...happiness.
