Atlantic Beer Festival

Not a lot of news from the right coast here on BT. Thought you might be interested in the sixth annual Atlantic Beer Festival.

I know that The Big Tide Brewing Company in Saint John uses locally grown hops in some of their brews.

I would love to hear more beer news and related stories from the Altantic provinces.

I'm heading east in a couple week. I'll be in Saint John, Summerside, and Halifax.

I'm planning on visiting Propeller and Garrison in NS, Pumphouse and Northamption (Picaroons) in NB, but I never heard of Big Tide. Is it new?

Big Tide Brewing in Saint John has been around since 2009. The core team all worked at Tapps at some point, a brewpub which shut down back in 2007 I think.
