Seems like a pretty sweet deal, a couple 100,000 bucks towards opening your own brewery.
The bbq sauce contest looks pretty swell as well.

I think they're missing the point that:
Being able to brew good beer != starting up/operating a brewery.
Completely different entities (to my understanding at least), but they seem to be equating them. Oh well.

Lots of times it doesn't work the other way around either.

Read the fine print. The winner will be put in touch with the FAB region who have that money available anyway.
You could have access to the money without entering the contest. Then again, Seed to Sausage does a mean roast pig and who doesn't like a festival?
