You just had to do this on the same night I'm throwing a Christmas party, didn't you?

Some of the collabs sounded interesting from the GLB twitter feed. Wild yeasties and so on.

We'll slowly be leaking the list of beers over the next couple of weeks with the full list posted well in advance of the takeover.

Just to throw it out there though, we'll have:
Porters
Barrel-Aged beers
Sours
IPAs
Imperials (variety of styles)
Belgians
etc...

suggestion:

since Toronto is being encouraged to join, all one-offs should be capped at their last third and re-presented on Sunday.

My thoughts exactly. I didn't know this was a Toronto beer forum...

The universe? Is that out on the Danforth somewhere?

Dear Toronto,
Don't feel obligated. Guelph is a long way out west (300 km I think?) and full of farmers and snow drifts so you won't be missing much.
Based on last year this will probably be a dud of an event anyway.
Probably best just to stay in "the" city on Dec 13.

That's a common misconception. In actual fact the center of the universe consists of a non-stationary area approximately a 10km radius from wherever I happen to be at the moment.
