Go to the User Control Panel and then Board Preferences, and select "Day Drinking" (Light Mode) from the My Board Style drop-down menu. You can always switch back to "Night Drinking" (Dark Mode). Thanks for the replies and great ideas. A couple more questions: does anyone here skip the fermenting pail and go straight to a carboy? what kind of success have you had vs the plastic pail? What challenges does it present (aside from getting the wort into it in the first place - very large funnel)?...
