Went there last night and enjoyed myself. Food was a little on the high side however I couldn't finish my fish 'n chips so they definitely weren't stingy. Everything was cooked well too. Beer list was solid. Wouldn't say there was any "crazy" one off beers however there wasn't a single dud...

Is it just me.... or is it getting more expensive every year? I mean, no beer tickets kinda levels it out I suppose.

OK, so here is my wish list: - On the other extreme, single serving wine. This exists in Europe, but is hardly seen here. This is possibly because wine and beer are not sold like other beverages in Canada, but it's time. In Europe you might find yourself buying a beer or single serving wine with yo...

A really good point was brought up... If people are buying it at that price, then you are telling them that it is priced correctly.. to play the devils advocate here... I am sure their costs all vary widely.. Shipping costs, supplier costs, staffing, etc etc. I think its hard to make blanket stateme...

I like what I've read about the tap list and there seems to be a good effort to keep the beer interesting. But I will never go there if its a band night.. Don't get me wrong, I like music... But loud "band groupies" are not really my crowd. Keep us up to date if you make any changes :)

I actually prefer lower ABV beers (good session beers) so normally i wouldn't mind... But if tastes like water and has almost as much alcohol as water.... maybe Bud drinkers will just make the switch to water? Time to buy some Coca-cola stocks :P

I like the taste of corn in beer (sometimes). I went to makers mark and had "distillers beer" which was strange, but not terrible :P

All great beers!

I found the carbonation on the Porter kinda crazy as well. Although Id agree the Jule beer was well made, it was one of the first beers in years that I could not finish. Not a bad beer, just not my style at all.
