Introducing Light Mode! If you would like a Bar Towel social experience that isn't the traditional blue, you can now select Light Mode. Go to the User Control Panel and then Board Preferences, and select "Day Drinking" (Light Mode) from the My Board Style drop-down menu. You can always switch back to "Night Drinking" (Dark Mode). Enjoy!

Do they have a big parking lot at Queen's Quay? I've never been there, don't like driving in that area at all......traffic.
Cheers,
yeah they have a huge parking lot, easiest LCBO to get to in the city IMO, i sometimes drive from cambridge just to shop at that store

Gut feeling that the Mikkeler will be the one that we don't see.
Picked up some of the Vitus and Westmalle at Cooper street (Queen's Quay) last night. The guy had to go in the back for the Westmalle, it had literally just come in.
For those a bit north of Toronto I snagged almost all of these yesterday at 401/Weston. They even had a crap ton of Westmalle. I bought two so one of you can go and hork the rest.

Went to that store for the first time yesterday to grab the Double Hop Head and Un*Earthly. I'd be surprised if it isn't the third best LCBO in Toronto for craft beer (behind Queens Quay & Summerhill). They have pretty much every good seasonal and regular listing available and most of the beers are refrigerated. I was really impressed, and you don't ever hear me say that about the Board.

Open until 11pm every night but Sunday. Very convienient that way but the large police presence on Friday and Saturday nights is a tad disconcerting.
Also has a large clearance section with occasional great deals on non listed beers.
Super easy to get to also. I was going post about this when the talk about the ease of getting to Queen's Quay store came up the other day but didn't get around to it. Too bad this store doesn't get included in the Featured Brewery releases.

I just Google Mapped it, for tonight. If I'm coming off the 401 (eastbound) do I have to do some kind of loop to get to the store? Will I see it when I come off the highway?

You go straight thru the intersection at Weston into the plaza. It's on the far side, pretty much a straight shot across the parking lot past the Crappy Tire

Take the Weston exit off 401 east and when you get to the lights at the end of the ramp you just go straight through. Pass Canadian Tire and you should be able to see the LCBO.
