Bar Towel Malware Issues

Hi everyone,

It would seem that Google flagged the site as possible malware. After checking what it was it seemed to be related to the banner ad code that was on the site. I've removed all the code from the forum & the home page. Hopefully Google will put it back to normal soon.

Another forum I frequent had the same issue over the weekend, guess this might be something to do with a change in Google's protocols

Google has now certified BarTowel as "clean".

After some research I discovered that it isn't the forum software, but the banner ad that I had on the site. Evidently the ad serving software company had shut one of its products down due to security issues.
